From London and the South
Exit the M25 at junction 20 and take the A41 towards Aylesbury. After about 12 miles (20 kilometres) on the A41, pass the first exit to Tring and take the second Tring exit signed Tring Industrial Estates and Dunstable. Turn right at the top of the exit slip road back over the A41 heading towards Tring/Dunstable – at the very next roundabout take the first exit the B488 to Dunstable. Take the first right turn after ¾ mile onto the Icknield Way Industrial Estate (see below).

From the Northwest (the M40)
Exit the M40 at junction 7 taking the A329 to Aylesbury (by-passing Thame). In Aylesbury turn right (south) on the inner ring road (allow time for congestion) following the signs for the A41 south & Tring. Turn off the ring road at the roundabout signed the A41 & Tring. After 6 miles (10 kilometres) on the A41 take the first Tring exit left, and at the roundabout take the first exit left - the B488 to Dunstable. Take the first right turn after ¾ mile onto the Icknield Way Industrial Estate (see below).

From the Northeast (the M1)
Exit the M1 at junction 11 heading into Dunstable. At the mini-roundabouts at the cross-roads in the centre of Dunstable head straight across taking the B489 (the Icknield Way) signed to Tring and Whipsnade Zoo. After about 6 miles (10 kilometres) the B489 meets a T-junction – turn left signed Tring & the B488. Carry straight on for about 3.5 miles (6 kilometres) past the left turn signed Tring Station, straight over a small roundabout (with Tring signed on the left) heading towards the A41 Aylesbury, past two further left turns to Tring until you get to the Icknield Way Industrial Estate on the left – take the second left turn off the B488 onto the industrial estate (see below).

On the Icknield Way Industrial Estate
The Stringer factory is on the right, with the visitors’ car-park and entrance to the factory on the right just behind the newly built industrial units. The main entrance is down the steps at the end of the visitors’ car-park. If the car-park is full then we have additional parking at the rear of the factory, further down the estate road on the right.

Travelling by Train?
Tring railway station has a direct line from London Euston Station (40 minutes) but is some way out of Tring, courtesy of powerful landowners in the Victorian era who did not like the trains! Call us to arrange collection from the station.
