EncapZulates is the trade name for our Spray Dried and Encapsulated products. Gold standard flavours encapsulated in a proprietary fat system designed to protect subtle top-notes and release flavour at a target temperature, or stage the release of multiple flavours. This system is effective for sweet or savoury, particularly for flavoured pres-dusts and bake-off products.
